At Mila & Maeve Melbourne, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Sale Items

Items discounted by 40% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Items with a lower discount may be returned under standard return conditions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must meet all return requirements to be eligible

  • Returns must be approved before being sent back

  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Once your request is approved, you will receive further return instructions.

Additional Information

  • Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment

  • We recommend checking sizing information carefully before ordering

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at checkout
